Hesseman starred on another hit show, "Head of the Class," as the teacher of a group of academically gifted high-school students, from 1986 to 1990. He recorded eight albums with the group and in 2004 launched his own side project. Children fell in love with his voice-over work as the villainous parrot Iago inAladdin, but he also stole moments in front of the camera thanks toProblem Child,Wings, Hollywood Squares,and many late-night appearances.
